The First Land Auction in Yalta

To use the land fund of Yalta more efficiently, to create conditions for improvement of land use, to increase the local budget, the Fund of Communal Property of Yalta City Council is planning to hold the first auction on lease of plots of lands during summer 2007. The plots of land in central Yalta in square from 0.08 hectares to 0.3 hectares auction will be auctioned. Plots will be meant for a long-term lease for building and maintenance of industrial complexes, multi-story parking lot, skyscrapers.
